(3) Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of June 10, 2026
NY RED HOOK — The Red Hook Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled a public hearing on Daniel Mendelsohn's application for a variance to construct a 160-square-foot addition at 130 Station Hill Road. The July 8 hearing will proceed after the applicant's architect provides clarification on measurement details used in the application drawings. The property is classified as non-complying with setback requirements, with the proposed addition resulting in a 22-foot and 2.75-inch side-yard setback where 30 feet would be required.
Chair Chris Carney designated Alternate Member Susan Grover as a full voting member. Neighbors within 300 feet of the property will receive certified notice of the hearing.
