Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee · Meeting of April 7, 2026
NY RED HOOK — Red Hook's Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee planned spring community engagement on the town's comprehensive plan. Chair Julia Solomon's committee determined Workshop 2 will be a drop-in expo-style event held over four hours, with a date to be determined between Apple Blossom Day and Memorial Day, designed to solicit feedback on draft vision and goals. A display at Apple Blossom Day will promote the workshop and share the draft vision with the community.
Eric Pierson of Pattern for Progress will send draft visions and goals by April 14 for the committee's review. A digital survey version will be available after the in-person event. The committee recorded staffing changes: Christine Kane was appointed while Tricia Reed resigned due to relocation.
