NY RED HOOK — Planning Board scheduled a public hearing and extended two application deadlines on March 16. The board voted unanimously to set a public hearing for April 20 on Thomas Mansfield's Certificate of Appropriateness application for a wave pool at 55 Old Post Road North in the Upper Red Hook Hamlet District. For the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome Master Plan Special Use Permit at 9 Norton Road, the board unanimously extended the review deadline to June 2 after the Conservation Advisory Committee raised concerns over potential wetland buffer encroachment by the proposed History of Flight building and impacts on native salamander habitat from tree clearing.
A third unanimous vote extended the Shafer Hudson Valley deadline to October 1.
