The board unanimously approved a 1,497 square foot mixed-use structure at 230 Rokeby Road for applicants Erik Schmidt and Sequoia Nero, comprising a carport, massage studio and cottage. The board held an extensive public hearing on the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome Master Plan special use permit and agreed to continue it to June 15, 2026, pending submission of a traffic study and additional information on environmental protections and special events.
